Shipping Policy

When can I receive my order?

Once your order is placed, items will be shipped within 1‑2 business days. Our fulfillment team only processes parcels from Monday to Friday.

Domestic Shipping

UPS is our designated carrier for all domestic shipments. Standard domestic delivery requires 3‑7 business days.

International Shipping

DHL handles delivery for all orders sent overseas.

The standard estimated delivery window for international orders is 4‑21 business days.

Keep in mind that international delivery may be delayed. Unpredictable customs inspections can alter actual transit duration greatly.

Preppy Prodigy accepts no liability for any customs charges or import taxes incurred during cross‑border shipment.
